All orders are shipped from Ede, Netherlands. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring each piece is carefully handled before dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

During launches or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will always receive a tracking confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We ship worldwide, divided into three zones:

Netherlands

  • Brievenbuspakket: €4.50
  • Standard package: €6.95

Delivery time: 1–2 business days

Europe / UK

  • Flat rate: €14.95

Delivery time: 3–5 business days

Worldwide

  • Flat rate: €24.95

Delivery time: varies by destination

Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • Japan & South Korea: 3–7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Customs & Import Duties

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

  • Orders are shipped from the Netherlands
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total
  • These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend checking local import regulations if you are unsure.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local carrier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
